One of our first pictures ever taken of Chef Maria.
When we met Maria, she was creating salsas and tacos in a small restaurant near the university. My first thoughts were, she had an incredible personality and was extremely passionate. She screamed passion to me, passion and creativity, which she expressed in her food and salsas. She is an artist, a chef which blends both worlds of her heritage, Sonora and Arizona. She has since moved to a new and bigger location, which enables her to please even more people at once. We have spent many afternoons on the weekends, sitting on her outdoor patio, having business meetings or just enjoying each other’s company. Paul became close with her, photographing and recording video, helping her create her own brands online. She is one of the most ambitious clients we have, which means she never stops creating.
