Feeling Powerful

I have always loved power. Not just power of the body, but also power of the mind and spirit. I was a highly competitive athlete in college and I have not been able to lift weights in over 10 years, so my body is not the way I want right now. You do not realize how much you love things until they are gone. When Paul gives me these photos, I love seeing people doing what they love. I feel happy seeing them building themselves and creating their bodies into something powerful. I remember my own combat training and my weight lifting in 2012 and it was such a wonderful experience being in shape like that. My body was feeling powerful.

I think building ourselves up physically can change our lives, but so can building ourselves up in other ways. Groundwork Promotions wants you to be a powerful person. We want you to be a powerful business owner or a powerful leader in your organization. We want you to gain power from everything you do with us. Whether it be messaging, branding, marketing, social media management, video production, or photos, we want you to leave feeling a more powerful person. I believe, if you do not leave feeling more powerful and certain about what you do and why you are doing it, then something is wrong and we are not performing at our best level.
