Many of our clients have followers, members and staff who look to them for help, guidance, knowledge and instruction. They look forward to the news on social media, the pictures, the stories and information of the people involved. They want to know what classes are coming up, who is teaching class, what their experience is, what workshops are coming up, who went to class and was recognized, and what staff members are being recognized. The social media news feed is crucial to keeping in touch with members and customers.
We struggle with our own social media (for different reasons than most), because one thing is certain, its hard to run a business and do the social media promotions.
