How do we keep the power behind the punch?

So training is going great, we’ve been working hard for a few months. We’ve executed on your marketing and promotions plan, we’ve made some awesome media, we’ve been posting on your social media and updating your website, and everything is looking good. The results are excellent, we’ve met again for feedback and made adjustments, and now everything is moving smoothly and steadily. What comes next? How do we keep gaining in strength?

Once everything is in play, it’s about maintenance. It’s about management. Groundwork Promotions continues working with you to guide the ship. A line of communication always stays open, where you can reach us by email, text, phone, video or in-person meetings. If there is ever a problem, question, or crisis, we are available and at your service. We continue meeting and discussing the process, getting your input and assessing the results through the data coming in. If adjustments need to be made, we make them.

We continue making fresh media, fresh content. We purse opportunities when they come up, continue brainstorming and problem-solving with you for new ways of marketing yourself, and new ways of increasing revenues. We work to recalibrate you and your staff, realigning them to the plan and process, and reminding you of the goals. If any changes take place in the market, in the budget, or anything impacting what we are doing, we address it right away. We do not wait.

We also make ourselves available for consulting, meaning we do not have to have active engagement with everything, sometimes you might want to move on something yourself and you can ask about it. You can get our input, ask for feedback, and we can guide you in the right direction. We can teach you anything you like, and keep you an active part of the marketing and promotions process online. We consider our relationship to be continuously involved and engaged. We are always available and ready to address any need, problem, or concern.
