We had an expensive car repair recently. I will not even share how expensive, it’s depressing. But the problem is, we are not knowledgeable about cars. My husband has limited knowledge, and I have hardly any knowledge. We both want to know when we go to a mechanic or auto specialist, they are not going to mislead us, overcharge us, or leave us high and dry without a vehicle. That has happened once before, and it was my parents’ car. We waited for over a month and still could not get it repaired. I think there are people all over the place with car horror stories. Since most people lack knowledge about cars and car repair, they depend on the knowledge and expertise of the mechanic and want to trust them.
The same goes for us. People normally come to Groundwork Promotions for two main reasons. First, they are just starting out and want help getting started with their online marketing and media. Second, they are having problems with their current marketing and promotions or are not completely satisfied, so they are looking for someone better. They want to know we are knowledgeable, that we know the information, that we understand what’s under the hood and we are not going to lie, mislead or overcharge them for our services. We are going to know their situation, have the skills they need, and guide them in the right direction. They want to trust us. They want to know we are going to take care of them and fix the problem.

It is the greatest feeling to trust people, especially when we depend on their services. We cannot know everything ourselves, it’s too much. We need help and we need to be able to rely on people to come through for us. Groundwork always wants to come through for you. We want to be there when you need us most.
