When you have a problem or something goes wrong, you want help you can rely on and you want to know someone cares. We recently had some situations where we wanted to trust in the services provided, and we found out not only was our privacy violated, but services were not as promised. I don’t know if anyone has ever had this experience, but it can be frightening, saddening and you feel violated. When it comes to feeling safe, you do not realize how important it is, until you don’t have it. You take it for granted and when it’s gone, you want it back. You want to feel safe again and trust.
We have clients who prioritize safety. They put safety and security first for the person. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. We are in the middle of a heat wave, and it will be 113 degrees tomorrow. Can you imagine, driving to work, running an errand, going to visit someone, and your car breaking down or needing service and you are not at home. We had a flat tire at work, and I was so relieved to find a mobile tire service that came to our car and fixed our car, right there. We didn’t have to worry, have the car towed, leave the car there overnight, or call a Uber to get home. We called the automotive repair company and right then, they made an appointment, their van came to the spot, and they fixed the tire before the end of the day. It made life so much easier. I was overjoyed.

There are some companies that do not prioritize the safety, health, or well-being of customers or clients. We do not want to be that company, and we do not want to work with those companies.
